We accept that we are privileged to customers private details, information and data stored on their computers,
as matter course in our daily routines and as an occupational hazard.
We are obliged to assure our customers that their private information will be treated in the most secure
manner and disposed of, purged, or deleted, either with prior consent or automatically, depending on the
situation.
We wish to re-assure our customers that we only store personal data, for example, data recovered, or stored,
as part of the work being carried out, for a maximum of 28 days on our secure servers if prior requests are
not made to delete data immediately after work is completed.
Requests can be made for a copy of your data within 28 days of work being done, if in the event of already
backed up and copied data has been lost by the customer.
We are legally obliged to respect and be responsible for customers data as part of the Data Protection Act.
You can expect the highest standard of confidentiality and discretion with highly sensitive data.
