approach to working on our clients computers and equipment. We take the utmost measures in security by
investing in the latest and most secure equipment and processes to ensure that our clients and their IT equipment
remain 100% safe. Any queries you have not stated here should be discussed with us prior to any work
being done.
On-Site Appointments:
Whilst we are carrying out work at your home, or place of work, we may need to plug in our own external drives
to transfer data onto your machine. We will communicate with you, every step of the process, so you understand
what is happening. We will never extract data from your machine without your prior consent. In the event that it
is necessary to extract data, we will ensure that you witness the erasure of that data from our drives before the
job is finished. We will not leave the job with your data still on our drives.
Off-Site/Service Centre maintenance:
Sometimes, inevitably, it is necessary for us to take your machine to our service centre, as there is a major fault
with your equipment, or that the time scale may be too long to carry out on-site. Similarly, long terms tests may
be necessary to diagnose an intermittent fault, or we may need to recover and transfer data. In any event, if we
extract data from your machine, your data will be deleted from our servers immediately after the job is done,
unless you make a request for us to store it. In this event, we will store your data for a further 28 days, or unless
prior arrangements have been made especially. You can also access your stored data from our servers by special
arrangement if necessary, but may incur a charge depending on the circumstances.
Parent & Child Safety:
We are committed to ensuring that after we have administered work for you, we will leave you with a level of
protection on your machine as standard. However, there are varying levels of protection that we can offer with
advanced Internet Security & child safety features. We can provide free products, or you can take advantage of
purchasing trusted and advanced products by purchasing them from us during your appointment, or “On-Line” from
our E-Shop by clicking here.
